RV Sales
There are always RV's for sale in the park, so contact each Park to inquire about what is available and arrange a time to view them. Prices range from $5,000 up to $30,000 and of course beyond. A few things to keep in mind is what is your budget, how old the trailer is, what condition it is in, where it is located in the park, is it allowed to stay, what your neighbours are like, and seasonal lot fees ($1,500 - $3,000).

Be aware, some parks only allow newer trailers, so check with the park owners to ensure you will be 'allowed' to keep the trailer and lot location BEFORE you buy. Often if the trailer is located in a prime location, you may be required to move elsewhere within the park. So just ask first.

You can find some really good deals and buy a great condition trailer from someone who just wants to move on, so do yourself a favour and do a thorough investigation as you will probably find the perfect trailer and park with a few hours/days of hunting. TIPS & TRICKS: once you've taken ownership, if you are new to 'camping', as it's called, make sure you ROLL-UP (or lower) the trailers' awning so a storm does not cause $2,000 damage before you learn the ropes. Also, that brings up a good point, best to get some trailer insurance (from your home/car insurance broker) asap well.
